Our Mentoring Training

What is the Mentoring training like?

The international Mentoring career is a formation in which a person offers their experience, knowledge and perspectives of an area, to an apprentice who wants to achieve their goals through the discovery of their personal and work skills.

All the participants in this training have had a CV dedicated to knowledge and extensive experience in some fields that, together with this training, have the possibility to expand the capacity of innovation and continuous improvement as external consultants or as executives of an organization.

Because the changes are constant and the technological advancement demand skills and competencies each time more complex, it becomes imperative for the executive that the development of the career evolves in relation to the changes that are coming.
